  • What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

    OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means we produce according to your specifications, designs, or samples. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means we provide our existing designs and you can customize branding, packaging, and minor modifications. Both options are available at BINLI Bathroom.

  • How do I start a new OEM/ODM project with BINLI?

    The process typically follows these steps:

    1) Requirement discussion and feasibility assessment;

    2) Structural and appearance sampling;

    3) Trial production and quality verification;

    4) Mass production scheduling and delivery;

    5) After-sales follow-up and review. Contact our sales team to begin the discussion.

  • What quality control processes do you have?

    We implement a three-stage quality control system: incoming material inspection (IQC), in-process inspection (IPQC), and final outgoing inspection (OQC). Our products undergo four inspections before shipment. We have a dedicated ceramic R&D center laboratory and hold certifications including CUPC, Australian certification, and National High-Tech Enterprise certification.

  • What is the production capacity of your factory?

    Our factory covers over 50,000 square meters with more than 300 employees, including 30+ R&D personnel. The annual production capacity exceeds 400,000 units. We have dedicated production lines for ceramic products, bathroom cabinets, and brassware.

  • Do you support custom packaging and branding?

    Yes, we support full customization including logo imprinting, color box packaging, and instruction manuals in your language. For ODM projects, we also offer customized product design with your brand identity. Our sales team will coordinate the artwork and approval process.

  • What shipping methods do you support and which ports do you use?

    We support FOB, CIF, and EXW terms. Shipments are primarily handled through Shantou Port or Shenzhen Port, both of which are well-connected to major global shipping routes. We also support sea-air combined transport for urgent orders.

  • What are your typical lead times?

    Lead times vary by product and order quantity. For standard ceramic products, sample preparation takes 15–25 days, and mass production takes 30–45 days after sample confirmation. Brassware and cabinets have similar timelines. Urgent orders can be discussed with our production planning team.

  • How does your after-sales service work?

    We provide a comprehensive warranty for all products with clear terms defined at order confirmation. Our after-sales team handles quality claims promptly and provides replacement or remedial solutions. We also support online, email, and phone service channels for ongoing communication.
